Shipping policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.).

Orders with butane fuel cannot ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US. Torches and the stove without fuel can ship to California.

When your order ships

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will email you before then with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund, as federal law requires.

Cost

Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $34.99 or more. Below that, it is a flat $4.99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Why fuel ships by ground

Butane is a regulated hazardous material, so fuel ships by ground carrier only and cannot use air or express services. Torches always ship empty.

Tracking, loss and damage

If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@culinaryjochef.com and our support team will help.
